Hi, I’m Tony G and I’ve been there, with you carrying the workload and stress of owning and running businesses, and leading corporate organizations. Building a family, relocating the family, transitioning in life while holding up everything around me, at the sacrifice of my self.
My weight steadily climbed and health began to decline. My work never ended and never progressed but always increased with political personality contests. And my relationships felt more friction and fight, absence and strife, then love and support and companionship might.
Until I found help, first within myself, my own strength to recognize and pull my self out of patterns. Then with help. Over a team of 30 professionals, 5 years and $100k’s of costs, I discovered what was going on in and around me, choices I’d long ago relegated to unconscious habits and how to begin to reclaim, reshape and reintegrate new more loving and generous ways of being.
